COMMENTS: All of Lily's scent work has taken place using Scent Pots or film canisters placed on the pause table. This evening the tea bag was placed inside a plastic easter egg which was placed inside an egg carton. The egg cartons were placed on the floor.
We began the session with the single carton containing the scent to "explain the game" to Lily. Then added the second, identical carton and finally the third carton, that was different. Lily rested her chin on the correct egg carton AND offered a down to signal the carton containing the scent.
The egg has 2 small holes on either end. 2 of the 3 egg cartons (including the carton containing the sample) had many holes on the top and were made of cardboard. The third egg carton had no holes and was made of fiber. This wasn't a pure test. The three cartons were not the same and only the carton with the scent contained an egg.
